    Intro Call

    ~8-12 Months Before Wedding

    Tell me all about your wedding! I’ll ask you about your venue, attendees and special considerations. You’ll tell me your ideas, your vision.

    Planning

    ~2 Months Before Wedding

    This is the fun part! You’ll get an invite to your own client portal where you can throw in special requests, song suggestions, and your do-not-plays. I’ll use this while developing your playlist.

    Approvals

    ~2 Weeks Before Wedding

    I’ll send over a schedule of events. We’ll go over any special considerations: name pronunciations, special shout-outs, and coordination issues. Following your approval, we’ll lock in the schedule.

    We Party!

    Day of Wedding!

    During your day, you sit back and relax while I handle the sound for the entire day. I also will set up and break down equipment, so no need to worry about any piece of the music and sound the entire day.

Includes 5 hours of play, plus load-in, setup and teardown.

The tried-and-true package for couples who want a fun host, a full dance floor (of course!) and a carefully planned schedule of events to ensure all the big highlights of your night are timed out perfectly. The music starts as your guests file in for dinner and get ready to cheer you on as newlyweds! 

We also help with your evening’s roadmap: including intros, musical cues, and announcements, along with built-in buffer time to keep your event on track even when things don’t go exactly as planned.

Everything from the Party package PLUS your ceremony. Perfect for couples who want an experienced sound pro to handle ceremony logistics alongside your venue/event planner, and a seamless transition to the reception.
